How long is training at a new job?

The general consensus among human resources professionals is that onboarding should take at least three months. However, research suggests that companies can increase employee retention by expanding onboarding throughout the first year of an employee's life. Training for a new job can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 or 3 months. It all depends on the complexity of the job and the set of necessary skills that new recruits must acquire to be good at the job.

It has finally decided to improve the training of its employees with the help of an employee training platform. Because of the heavy workload that exists, she hasn't had time to train me properly because she hasn't fully trained herself. It goes without saying that at the beginning of the training they tell you; if you miss a day out of your first 90 days, there will be no questions, you say goodbye immediately, especially during the training period.
