How long can job training take?

Training new employees is an important part of the hiring process because it teaches new employees the company's values, mission and objectives, as well as how to be successful in their individual role. This instructional period can last up to 90 days or longer, depending on the unique results desired by the company. How long does the training last? The length of training depends on the skills required for the job. It usually does not exceed 6 months.
